What Kosher-NY has to say about it...

Estihana is slightly pricier than the other Asian themed restaurants in the area, but it offers a more intimate setting. The perfect date spot, there is usually a wait for a table, especially on Saturday nights. However, the cuisine is well worth it. Estihana boasts unique dishes such as Crazy Chicken and Sizzling Black Pepper Steak, which actually sizzles! (Insider's tip: the Fresh Banana Chicken sounds outrageous, but is a definite must). The sushi options are widely varied and it is all made fresh on the premises. (Insider's tip: the Orange Alaska Roll and Dynamite Roll are both delicious and unavailable at nearby kosher sushi providers). So if you feel like branching out and trying something new, Estihana is the perfect choice.
